By accessing or using EXPOUSE, you agree to these terms. If you use EXPOUSE on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
02Our services
EXPOUSE provides software for planning and running events, including registration, ticketing, check-in, badge printing, floor plans, mobile apps, meetings and analytics. Features available to you depend on your plan.
03Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Keep access codes and passwords private
- Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use
04Acceptable use
When using EXPOUSE, you agree not to:
- Break any law or the rights of others
- Upload harmful code or attempt to disrupt the platform
- Access data you are not authorised to see
- Send spam or misleading messages to attendees
05Fees & payment
Fees are set out in your order form or plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once an event has gone live.
06Your content & data
You keep ownership of the content and data you upload. You give EXPOUSE permission to host and process it only to provide the services to you.
07Intellectual property
The EXPOUSE platform, brand and software remain the property of EXPOUSE. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, EXPOUSE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
09Termination
You may stop using EXPOUSE at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you before they take effect.
