Writing registration forms people actually finish
Fewer fields, clear labels, and questions asked at the right time.
Every extra field on a registration form loses some visitors. Ask only for what you need to print a badge and run the event.
Keep the first step short
Name, email, company and role are enough to register. Ask about interests and dietary needs later, in a follow-up email or in the app.
Write labels people understand
- Use plain words: "Company", not "Organization affiliation".
- Show an example inside fields with a format, like phone numbers.
- Explain errors next to the field, in one short sentence.
Offer both languages
Let visitors register in Arabic or English. Forms switch to right-to-left layouts automatically.
